In addition to my paid employment, my significant other works includes:
- My work was included in A Practical Guide to Wig Making and Wig Dressing by Melanie Bouvet, (Crowood Theatre Companions), 2018.
- I lectured at the International Stage Art Network (ISTAN) in October 2016 at the Central Academy of Drama in Beijing China as a one of the Specialists.
- I designed the hair and make-up for Christopher Wheeldon’s ballet piece at the closing ceremony of the London 2012 Olympics.
- I also won the first prize in the International Makeup Artist Trade Show's Student Competition for Prosthetics. The theme was Star Trek. My design/creation was inspired by Elizabeth I, and combined by skills in prosthetics, wigs, and make-up to create an Alien Queen!
- I also continue to work as a hair stylist.
